How to Publish Your Articles on Property Investor Network

This document is the editorial rules to submitting and publishing articles to Property Investor Network. Submission of materials indicates acceptance of these rules and constitutes the entire agreement between the “author” and Property Investor Network in regards with articles submissions. These rules are in addition to the site Terms and Conditions. Submission of any articles also indicates acceptance of this agreement.

Property Investor Network accepts article submissions from third parties. The articles must be related to property investing and of help to property investors. Property Investor Network does not pay any fees or any royalties of any type for articles submitted.

Property Investor Network has preference to the following subjects as a guide line:

-          Property Market Updates – Articles about market updates must carry proof of what is being written in the article. For example an estate agency can write an update of what they are experiencing in the rental market in a certain area. All statements must be substantiated (e.g. we found that X % of our tenants are extending their contracts, we found that the vacancy in A area is increasing in the last 6 months by X%). Otherwise the article can be written to fall under an Opinion Article (see below).

-          Informational Articles – Informational articles are articles that educate property investors about subjects related to property investing. This can be anything from how to get a Certificate of Compliance, Conveyancing and any other subjects relate to property that can help a property investor.

-          Opinion Articles – Such articles are the opinion of property investors or industry specialists about matters related to property investing. This can be anything from an opinion about a change in a law, or rule, to opinion about the market, systems of investing, etc.

The main thing to remember when submitting articles to Property Investor Network is our preference to QUALITY, not quantity. Though you can submit as many articles as you wish, we will only publish articles of HIGH QUALITY content.
