Before I took the Calculating Residential Deals course, I was pretty active in the search and buying residential property. I was spending at least 10 hours a week just on this activity. After the course, I was stunned at the time I was wasting to find just one property. I consider this course to be, easy to understand and to the point. Everyone should know this information when considering buying property. Probably the most important part of all of this is the fact that my understanding of the numbers/financials now give me an opportunity to put together a much better request for finance document for the banks than I could previously do.  Once you can show a bank, in their own language, why something is a sound investment, you won't struggle as hard to get financing and support.  All in all, I think it the course was value for money, filled with good content and ultimately, and a necessity for any property investor. In life you come across all sorts of people offering to help you out, at a fee. Most offers just aren’t worth it and you leave feeling cheated. But once in a while someone comes along with something that’s value for money and exceeds your expectations; I found that in Karen and Sean Wheller when I did their Investor Letting Workshop. Their combined knowledge on the subject is extensive, current and PRACTICAL, they are passionate about property and teaching. Wow what a learning curve for me . I thoroughly enjoyed  the examples used – which were so practical -and the various scenarios presented in every example and how that impacted on a particular investment . To go along with that the inside info provided was great . It certainly opened my eyes wide open and also the confidence as to what I need to know , ask and look for in a particular investment deal .
