Online Real Estate and Property Investing Courses, Seminars and Training

You don’t need a degree or to be a guru to be successful in property investing. You just need to know how real estate investing works and what are the rules. We give you all that. All the information investors would have loved to have before this last downturn.

Campus makes it possible for you to learn about property from the comfort of your office or home computer, anywhere, anytime, at your own pace.

Most property investing courses and workshops are now "Instant Access" and some scheduled throughout the year for your convenience. Seats are though limited for each course due to licensing of software. Make sure you book your courses well in advance to avoid disappointment.

With the purchase of any property investing course you get free one year access to Property Investor Network Forum.

How to Eliminate Bad Tenants

This is the place where we will be talking about how to let out investment properties in the residential buy to let market, easily and profitably, while avoiding hassles and common problems. We will go over how to let your investment property easily, step-by-step, what to do and what not to do. So let's get started . . .

Bad tenants can be avoided easily and consistently. Yes, I know there are no absolutes in life. Expecting to have good tenants 100% of the time is not realistic. But, if in the lifetime of your business, you encounter only one or two bad tenants, face it, you are successful and you are maximizing your profits.

Let me tell you how I got here in the first place. You see, I actually went about my career as a property investor all the wrong way, because it was not my job. I had a profession and it wasn’t property letting at that time.

I bought properties and then decided to do the letting myself, simply because the properties were in close proximity to where I lived. And boy, oh boy, did I regret that for the first year … but unfortunately by that time, I was in over my head. I realized that I had to decide either become good at this or quit completely. If you know me, then you know that I don’t quit easily. It’s not in my nature and I decided to get good at property letting because my investments were important to me, and my financial freedom.

To get good at this I walked a long path. I learnt legal stuff, tried systems, tested methods and procedures. Eventually the day came when, for me, letting became simple, easy, natural and nothing more than doing business, like in any other business. You also can do this, but you will have to learn a few shortcuts if you are to get there faster and easier.

In the next couple of days I will be posting the First 3 Steps of Eliminating Bad Tenants, from ground up, and the Letting Process Diagram that is the blue print on which I based my processes, some Letting Tips and Secrets, and other important information. Time and time again, it has proven its value to my success.

So, if you want the rest of the stuff, be sure to visit daily. Also remember to subscribe to the early bird list by entering your name and email address on the right and clicking the Subscribe button. This will get you onto the VIP list for the Investor Letting Workshop.

This is a private list for people interested in letting only and it has nothing to do with your subscriptions to Property Investor Network.

And let us know your thoughts in the comments.

In the next post we will go trough Step One of eliminating bad tenants.

The calculating residential investment deals were really informative & easy to follow at a time that suites me. Being online meant one could always refer back if you missed anything or need for it to be explained again.  Very good in order to avoid burning you fingers when considering a new deal and making the right financial decisions. Thanks for a great day of learning. I flew up from CT and it was definitely worth the ticket.

I have started using the lease agreement and found my tenants to feel secure in dealing with a proper lease agreement. They can see that I am being fair and totally above board and this puts them at ease and me in a strong position. The detail in the lease covers me from things I did not even know existed or that is relevant to a lease. A big thanks to you and your team for a day well spent in time and money. Anyone who seeks to venture into the world of property investing should definitely not miss the opportunity to register for the ‘Calculating Residential Investment Course ‘ . Wow what a learning curve for me . I thoroughly enjoyed  the examples used – which were so practical -and the various scenarios presented in every example and how that impacted on a particular investment . To go along with that the inside info provided was great . It certainly opened my eyes wide open and also the confidence as to what I need to know , ask and look for in a particular investment deal . Thanx for a great course . Demitri Giannais - JHB

Thank you for the Calculating Residential Investment Deals course. I found it helpful and informative. I would recommend it not only to beginners but also to experienced Estate Agents. Although I have many years of business experience and I was expecting the course to be basic and not worth the time and effort, categorically I was wrong, the basics were refreshing and well worth the time spent, but there were many ideas that where new to me. I am looking forward to continuing my education at the first opportunity. Bernard - Stilfontein

I attended the Letting workshop down in Durban, as a full time property investor whos business is property I learnt a lot from this workshop. It is full of "meat and potatoes" facts and tools to make our lives as Buy to Let property investors a lot easier whether you manage your tenants yourself or you outsource to a letting agent. Worth its weight in gold! - Brennan Carey

I would like to thank you for the Calculating Residential Investment Deals, I have also done the Letting Workshop and now that I think of it, I should have done the Calculating Residential Investment Deals first. For me it was a huge eye opener in residential buy to let. I have attended other seminars and what I found is that this course was the only one that was very helpful and full of actionable information to make the right decision when buying a residential property for investment.
