Online Real Estate and Property Investing Courses, Seminars and Training

You don’t need a degree or to be a guru to be successful in property investing. You just need to know how real estate investing works and what are the rules. We give you all that. All the information investors would have loved to have before this last downturn.

Campus makes it possible for you to learn about property from the comfort of your office or home computer, anywhere, anytime, at your own pace.

Most property investing courses and workshops are now "Instant Access" and some scheduled throughout the year for your convenience. Seats are though limited for each course due to licensing of software. Make sure you book your courses well in advance to avoid disappointment.

With the purchase of any property investing course you get free one year access to Property Investor Network Forum.

For pricing visit the Property Investor Network Shop .

What Do You Want to Learn More About in the Letting Workshop

As you may have seen in the Forum and emails sent to you, we asked you what would you like to learn more about on the subject of residential letting.

We have already a set curriculum from the previous Letting Workshops (quite a big one), but because an online learning environment has no time limitations, we would like to know what would like to learn more about, and we will do our best to add specifics to your requirements.

Please don't write general questions and comments here. We need details and specifics!

After placing your comment on what you want to learn about Letting, enter your name and email to be added to the VIP list of early registration interest list, and we'll make sure you have early access to this program - before everyone else.

So, use the comments below to tell us what you want to learn about on the subject of Residential Letting.

To your success!

How do you deal with a situation where the tenant does not pay the rent on time e.g. on the 1st of every month?

Legal & effective methods of eviction once all else has failed : eviction order through the court or Rental Housing Tribunal (costly and time consuming), illegal lockout by landlord (can this process be legal if agreed to by both parties in the lease agreement). Is there an online resource where can tennants be blacklisted?
MR - Illegal tenants?   | 163.195.16.xxx | 2008-09-17 05:44:09
We moved into a property without a lease agreement as friends of ours were originally in the property. However the agency, in Kloof Street Cape Town, (who is acting on behalf of the landlord) recently informed us that we were occupying the property illegally despite the fact that we have been there for more than 12 months and that we have been paying rent? Could you clarify whether we are in fact "illegal tenants" as the Act appears to indicate that illegal tenants are tenants who are "squatting' or occupying land without payment of an agreed rental amount. Thank you.

I signed a 1yr corporate lease with an agent who always short pays me and always late. He also damaged my property by getting a plumber in to fix a leaking shower (without my consent) and the shower is still leaking. There are holes in the outside walls, the ceilings etc., and it has just been left like that and passed onto me! When questioned re short payment, his response, in writing was that his management fee is 14% plus VAT on monthly rental!!!! How can I fire him and get the corporate to pay me directly?

I would like to thank you for the Calculating Residential Investment Deals, I have also done the Letting Workshop and now that I think of it, I should have done the Calculating Residential Investment Deals first. For me it was a huge eye opener in residential buy to let. I have attended other seminars and what I found is that this course was the only one that was very helpful and full of actionable information to make the right decision when buying a residential property for investment. I have been on PIN for a while now, and I feel my learning has been put on steroids. Since I joined PIN some 10 months ago my entire perspective about property investing and real estate in general has completely changed. This course in particular has hit home again, one of the main things I have learnt that there is a massive difference between speculating on real estate and investing and the entire system calculations and considerations have to be significantly different when employing these different strategies. I can also say that this is just the beginning for me and the more I learn the more I see my passion for property grow.  Brent Schwalm -  JHB

As a relative newbie to the property market - from a purely investment point of view; I found the Calculating Residential Investment Deals course very informative and easy to follow.  I am wanting to get involved in the rental  / development market and feel that I am getting better equipped to do this as a result of learning and expanding my understanding. I have had 4 tenants over a period of 10 years. I was very fortunate in that they were all good, reliable tenants. I had however seen a few of my colleagues go through absolute hell with bad tenants. I’m talking about really BAD tenants. While searching the internet for a lease agreement I stumbled upon the PINN webpage and signed up for their “Investor Letting Workshop “

It was the best choice that I have made in a long time. At the end of the day I was more confident in my role as a landlord as I had just learnt. Don’t end up like my colleagues whose experience was so stressful that they sold their properties. Rather arm yourself with knowledge that will make letting a win – win situation. Take the opportunity to learn, I am truly grateful that I did - Elaine Fike

I really enjoyed the Calculating Residential Investment Deals course! It was very well constructed.

Overall I feel I grasped the main idea behind the course of how to work out and calculate a property to determine whether a property would be a good buy long term or in the short term, in real financial terms. Jason - Gary's Real Estate

Anyone who seeks to venture into the world of property investing should definitely not miss the opportunity to register for the ‘Calculating Residential Investment Course ‘ . Wow what a learning curve for me . I thoroughly enjoyed  the examples used – which were so practical -and the various scenarios presented in every example and how that impacted on a particular investment . To go along with that the inside info provided was great . It certainly opened my eyes wide open and also the confidence as to what I need to know , ask and look for in a particular investment deal . Thanx for a great course . Demitri Giannais - JHB
