How do I subscribe to a course? |
|
First you must be a registered user of the Property Investor Network website. Once your account is activate on the Property Investor Network website, you will be able to login to the Campus. Then you will be able to view courses. The process of registering to a course requires that you pay for the course at the Property Investor Network Shop. Once paid, you will be manually subscribed to the course you wish to take.
However, you will only be able pay in order to take courses on Campus when they are released.
How do you know when they are released and available for booking?
- You register to Property Investor Network (it is free) and get the messages and announcements.
- You subscribe to the VIP list of the course. This is a temporary list
for those interested in the particular course or workshop. This list
will give you benefits that no one else gets because you expressly
showed interest in that particular course. You will get early
notifications, discounts and bonuses that others don’t. The VIP list is on top of the page on the right hand side.

The biggest lesson is that you need to use the correct lease agreement and perhaps even more importantly, you need to UNDERSTAND your lease agreement.
The workshop helped me understand the lease agreement and how I can use it to my advantage, especially when it comes to cancellations and terminations. I have avoided many headaches by attending the workshop because it gave me a clear idea of what you can or should do when a tenant is not paying the rent.
