Property Investing is a great tool for wealth generation, but knowledge and experience can come at a very high price, and often making educated decisions about your investments seems a whole lot harder than it should be! But it doesn’t have to be this way.
In the past it has been very hard to gain knowledge, without spending thousands on professional fees for attorneys, accountants, or further thousands on courses, spend excessive hours on reading materials that might help one day to make the right decision, without ever knowing whether it will help. Those thousands can be better spent on the next deal and those hours can be better spent enjoying the family, hobbies and friends.
If that is not enough, property investing can be very treacherous at first and it can severely punish the investor that does not have the correct knowledge. You don’t need to look further than the newspaper property adverts to get plenty of proof of that. Buying the wrong property, signing the wrong deal, not fully understanding something can cost you in hundreds of thousands for a mere simple mistake, because property is not cheap.
How do you overcome the lack of knowledge as fast and as cost effective as possible?
Simply by asking professionals with the knowledge and qualifications, capable of given appropriate and legally answers to your personal situation. From this you learn while making educated decisions. It is that simple. Knowledge is priceless but it doesn’t have to cost you and arm and a leg.
Now advice and consultation is available to you anywhere any time.
We provide consultation and on all aspects of immovable property and will answer your questions related to your specific circumstances.
Advice is given on the website on a private questions and answers area. To keep your question confidential, only yourself and members of the question panel see your questions. Totally safe, completely confidential, quick and much cheaper.

What are the types of questions people ask you?
How does it work?
- You login and post your question via the Consultation section of the website (do not use the Forum section for personal questions).
- We evaluate the question and inform you as to the cost, which you can accept or decline.
- Some questions are quick to explain and solve, while others are far more complex and need further information from yourself in order to provide in-depth and correct explanation of what needs to be done.
- Once we have evaluated the question/problem and received your payment, we will start answering the question.
The consultation takes the form of a dialog on the website. The dialog is private and limited to the scope of your question. Each dialog is therefore related to the specific question. Additional questions or unrelated, from the subject of the first question, will required a new question to be posted and paid for.
What is the service turn around time?
Questions posted on the Consulation section will receive response in the same working day between the hours of 08H00 - 17H00. Any questions posted after 17:00 will be answered on the next working day. Working days are Monday - Friday.
Please note that while a response will be received within the time stipulated above, the task of satisfactorily answering a question does not equate to the response time. Therefore, all questions asked will be responded to, as described here, so that you know whether or not we can assist you.
How much do you charge?
As you may understand from the explanation above, it differs from case-to-case. To give you an idea, a straightforward answer or solution can cost as little as R500. A very complex problem can be double or triple that. However, if you sit with an attorney for 3 hours to fully understand and act on their proposed solution it can cost you R4,500 or more, and that may not be the only problem in property you will have this year.
If you triple that number over the year you will may be paying in excess of R10,000 instead of a third or even less than that.
Why should I ask you instead of an attorney or accountant?
Some strategic and legal questions, we are qualified to answer as we have the training experience and knowledge to help you. There is no need to pay the excess fees to an accountant or an attorney for such questions, as the questions are far easier than their qualifications. That said, they are often extremely complex for investors with no formal education, training or little experience in matters of immovable property.
We are the first call of information that can save you tons of money. If you asked a lawyer every legal question about property you had, your bill could end up in 10s of thousands of Rands. You would be investing in the wealth of a legal firm, and not building your wealth. You don’t need to do that. Attorneys are there often to solve the problems that could have been avoided if general knowledge of property law was available you. You can get this knowledge from us and save yourself a fortune in consultations and any future problems that an attorney may need to get you out of trouble.
How do I know if you can help me or not?
When you post your question in the Consultation section of the website we will confirm whether or not we can answer this question or whether you need the services of an attorney or accountant. If we do this, you will naturally not be charged and the question can be closed immediately. So as a general rule of thumb, when evaluating a question for the first time, always ask ourselves whether we qualify to answer the question. If the question requires specialist financial or legal advise beyond our understanding or qualifications we will point you in that direction.
What are the subjects I can ask questions?
All subjects related to immovable property. On some issues we will not be able to help. If this is the case, we will tell you in advance and even point you to the right expert, if we personally know such an expert and trust their service. Below you will find a list of example subjects that people have asked in the past. Obviously each case was personal and confidential, hence all examples are generalized.
Do you have a hotline?
Yes we do run a hotline. You can pay for one or a few consultations in advance and then call us any time from 08:00 till 23:00 at night and we will help you. When you purchase hotline questions you will be given a special SOS cell phone number that you can use in these hours. If we could not help in that case, you will reserve that consultation for the next time you need help.
How do I pay you?
Once we confirm that we can help according to the data in your question, we will tell you the costs. If you agree, then we will send you an invoice with payment details to your email. Once you make the payment we will start answering the question in dialog on the Consultation section of the website. This dialog is confidential and only you can see it.
Why shouldn’t I just ask on the forum and let you answer there for free?
We will answer questions on the forum, however, we cannot analyze the specific particulars of your situation in a public setting. If you wish to post the specific details in the Forum section of the website, then we will answer. However, the answers will be far more general than in a personal advise session and will be open for scrutiny by all members. If your question is general, we encourage you to ask in the forum first and save yourself any costs.
Consulations are private and only visable to yourself and the consultants. If you are interested in general knowledge and “what if” scenarios, then the forum is the place to go and get your answers for FREE. However, if you have a personal situation or problem to solve relating to an immovable property and you want it dealt with in confidence, it has to be analyzed with all the facts and the correct questions asked to give an appropriate solution and option of moving forward.
