CMA is a term used when estate agents compare market prices for a property to determine an approximate value at which the property may be sold at time of comparison.
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is based on previous sales of property in the area, street, suburb or sectional title scheme. Evaluations that are more complicated can be preformed by professional licensed evaluators.
It is to be remembered that no matter what price is indicated by any market comparison or evaluator the real price of a property will only determined by what a willing buyer and willing seller agree upon.
