We are happy to announce the launch of the Property Investor Network website. As the name suggests, Property Investor Network is about property investing and networking. The site focuses on the buy to let property investor. The website combines a range of basic services aimed at building an online community that shares an interest in property and property investment while aims to provide property investment advise through its’ members, community, newsletter and other publications.

The website offers registered members opportunities for discussion of property related subjects, networking with like minded people, marketing of opportunities, access to specific standard industry real estate documents and a newsletter aimed at keeping people informed.

These basic services are provided free of charge to all registered members. In addition to these services, the Property Investor Network also plans to offer paid for services and products to its' members.

The primary aim of the Property Investor Network is to provide a platform where property investor s and industry professionals can add value to the industry and one another through the sharing of experience, knowledge and network.

Sean and Karen Wheller, themselves property investors and principle estate agents, founded the Property Investor Network with the vision of building the largest and most useful and successful property investment related website in Southern Africa.

"We would like to build a place where everyone can meet, talk, discuss and learn from each other." says Karen Wheller. "We hope to build the website in such a way that everyone will find something of value or interest, no matter what role they play in the industry. We also want the experience to be fun. I know this is business, but I also plan to have as much fun as I can while doing this."
